Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for EPIC for Provision of Irrigation Water to various facilities in the RLC Westside.
New 80 mm diameter HDPE pipe lines to the Joint Forces Building (1.0 Km in length) and Fire Station No. 6 (1.35 Km in length) from the existing 450 mm diameter TSE header fed from WWTP No. 11 in the west side of RLIC. These new connections will provide TSE for irrigation of the landscaping surrounding the existing Joint Forces Buildings and Fire Station No. 6, for which the EPIC Contract is soon to be awarded. ",,A new 250 mm diameter HDPE pipe line running along Khalifa Street to the Multi-purpose Administration Complex (MPAC), also supplied from the existing 450 mm diameter header supplying TSE to Laffan Global Village from WWTP No. 11. The diameter of this line will be optimized during the In-House FEED as it is approximately 3 Km long. " The fire training activities in RLESC are affected due to inadequate TSE make-up due to the common header also supplying TSE (discharging at ground level) to RLC. In order to maintain uninterrupted training operation in RLESC, it is now proposed to provide a 300 mm diameter GRP line from WWTP-11 TSE transfer pumps to provide adequate TSE supply to RLESC.
