The purposes are to develop the most advanced and smartest archive and data management system with a complete solution on both electronic and physical archives in line with the international standard of petroleum industry, to manage the entire life cycle of archives includes archiving, archives retrieval and archives destruction, to promote the safekeeping and re-utilization of data in the field of exploration, development and production through the system that could achieve a precise positioning of data location of physical archive with 3D visualization version.
