Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for NDT services during refinery shutdown (2017), Mesaieed.
The company plans to undertake total shutdown of the below units during last quarter of 2017.
a) Crude Block : Refinery No. 2 and its Utilities - 9 units (Units 11 - 19)& Associated Utilities - 3 units (Units 22, 51 and 52)
b) FCCU Block : FCCU Units ( Units 41-16)& Associated Utilities - Units 47-49, 22-24, 51 Contractor shall supply all necessary resources for the performance of NDT inspection services during planned Refinery Shutdowns scheduled for year 2017/2018 .The NDT SERVICES shall be carried out to the best inspection standards strictly in accordance with ASME Section V, Section IX, B31.3, ASME Sec VIII, API-570, API 510, API 650, API 653 or any other relevant international standards and QP acceptable practices.
The NDT Inspection Services shall include: Ultrasonic Thickness (UT) measurement Ultrasonic Flaw Detection Tests (UFDT) of welds Lamination Testing of Pipes and Plates Magnetic Particle Inspection (Fluorescent and Non-Fluorescent) Liquid Penetrant Examination In-situ Replica tests including hardness Hardness test for locations without replica IRIS / Eddy current Inspection MFL & Vacuum Test.
