Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of Temporary Shipments Renewal and Rename Service.
Scope of Work:
- Contractor shall provide the provision of Temporary Shipments Renewal and Rename Service in Iraq.
- Temporary shipments include but not limited to:
- Temporary Vehicles,Equipments,Materials,Tools,etc;
- Temporary estimated qty: about 340bills for renewal,about 350bills for rename;
- Company have right to adjust the qty according to actual demand;
- Services Period: two firm and two optional years;
- Contractor shall be responsible to make, scrutinize, follow up, coordinate, deal and get all the necessary formalities, documents, approvals, permits and related papers from the related Governmental Authoriites;
provide the professional and enough personnel, resourse and funds to coordinate all the works and solve all the problems and organize and arrange all the operations during the services.
Company shall be exempted from any responsibility and cost; Company shall not accept any penalty and relate fines.
