Scope of Work:
Nigerian Agip Oil Company Limited (NAOC), an Eni subsidiary, intends to award a contract for the provision of Slickline Services for Completion & Work Over Operations starting Last Quarter 2009 for Two (2) years from period plus One (1) year optional extension.
The Company therefore invites submissions for pre-qualificaton for bidders list from suitable and reputable companies having experience and suitable Slickline Units to undertake the scope of work defined below:
The Scope of Work shall include provision of equipment and personnel for running Slickline Units, which shall include but not limited to the following:
a. Bottom hole pressure and temperature.
b. Sand bailing operations.
c. Setting / recovery of wireline plugs.
d. Setting / recovery of SCSSVs.
e. Setting / recovery of gaslift valves, valve catchers and packoffs.
f. SSD operations.
g. Swabbing and wireline and fishing operations.
The Unit shall carry out all activities with minimum impact on the environment. As a mandatory requirement, the unit shall have the under listed basic Slick line unit capability/equipment to qualify for consideration:
a. Double drum units with 3/16” braided line and/or (0.108” and 0.125”).
b. Swab tanks.
c. Fluid injection pumps.
d. 10,000psi pressure control equipment.
e. Temporary flowlines and manifold.
f. Downhole tools for tubing sizes 2-3/8” to 4-1/2” as required by COMPANY.
g. Tools include but not limited to jars, swages, impression blocks.
h. Subsurface flow-control equipment.
i. Temporary flowlines and manifolds.
Failure to meet any of these points (a) to (i) shall lead to outright disqualification.
