The company announces its need for Provision of IT Maintenance, Operation and Support and Communication Link Service.
The Scope of Work for this tender is to provide a full set of annual onsite IT service of maintenance, operations and technical support for systems & applications including preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and spare parts plus provide rental service for International Private Data Link communication with reliable backup link, between the production and DR site of the company to smooth and streamline company’s businesses.
Technical Evaluation Criteria.
1) Scope of Work & technical compliance .
2) Submission of Service Project Management Plan.
3) Service Level Proposal Compliance to ITB SLA Requirement.
4) Proven experiences in similar services.
5) Bidder's Financial State in recent 3 years.
