Charter and Operation of One Brand New Diving Support Vessel

Scope of Work
The company intends to award a contract for the charter and operation of one brand new Diving support Vessel. The proposed contract shall have duration of five (5) years effective from the date of supply and acceptance.
The Scope ofwork shall include but not limited tothe following activities:
- Age of the Vessel should not bemore than ten(10) years.
- Provide enough accommodation and feeding on board for the crew and any Company authorized passenger.
- Ability to professionally render services on Nigerian coastal and inland waters as may be requested by the Company.
- Ability to combat oil pollution and fire out break. Equipped to conduct search and rescue operations at sea.
- Serve as watch keeping vessels on offshore facilities and equipped to conduct search and rescue operations at sea.
- The boats must be crewed with professional seamen and so equipped as to be able to handle efficiently all jobs
- All related service pertaining to:
-Charter and Operations of Diving Support Vessel
-Buoy Operating Platform (BOP)
-Sealine Brass – B. O. P
-Maintenance of SPM's at Brass
-Provision of self contained ROV
-Conductor Pipes and Rig Legs
-Extra ordinary diving services(Min of 7 Divers)
-Drilling Platforms on Call-out Basis
-Close Visual Inspection (CVI)
-Onshore/Offshore Operations
