Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Modification Works for Additional Emergency Response Coordination Centre (Ercc).
The primary purpose of this Contract is to fit out an existing space in Tower B at Measaieed, having an approximate area of 500 m2, which is currently being used as an archive area into a modern, state-of-the-art Emergency Response Coordination Centre (ERCC). The works will be carried out as per standards and specifications.
Contractor shall carry out the complete fit-out works for civil, interior, architectural, signage and building services work, including air-conditioning and ventilation, plumbing and drainage, electrical and ELV, IT/Telecom and security related work. The works shall include, but not limited to, engineering with calculations, shop drawings, supply, installation, construction, modifications, testing and commissioning.
