Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for EPIC for Production Facilities Upgrade & Tie-Ins.
As part Dukhan Production Facilities Upgrade (DPFU) Project, The company propose to undertake the subject accelerated scope during the Upcoming Jaleha TA shutdown planned in Q1-2019.
Contractor shall carry out the detailed design and engineering, procurement, installation, construction, pre-commissioning, commissioning, performance testing, and start-up of the FACILITY as described hereafter.
1- Internal Upgrade of Two (2) nos. Production Separators at JDS: This will serve as a "pilot" to reassess/confirm the anticipated improved separation efficiency highlighted during DPFU study.
2- Replace Two (2) nos. of existing hydrocyclones at JDS with two (2) nos. new hydrocyclones with more efficient liners. The existing hydrcocylones are required to be replaced at the same location as the existing ones.
3- Sample collection and analysis: This will help to establish performance guarantee of the upgraded Production Separator and establish Produced Water stream data from upgraded Production Separator to further optimize the secondary PWT Packages (DPFU Phase-1A).
4- Modify / install new internals of Wet Lift Gas KO Drum & Diyab Slug Catcher at JDS
5- Provision of Early Tie-ins at JDS: This will facilitate implementation of proposed facilities under DPFU Phase-1A project without the need for additional shutdown.
