The company announces its need for Provision Nitrogen Gas System Upgrading Project/EPIC Phase@NGL Recovery Plant / A-100.
Scope of Work
Upgrading the existing nitrogen gas system (unit 320) in order to increase amounts of nitrogen gas production rate needed forexisting NGL recovery plant facilities (750 Nm3/hr,Purity:1% oxygen) during normal operating conditions and ( 1800 Nm3/hr, Purity:3 % oxygen) plant planned shutdowns ,hence maximum current daily production rate of existing system about (300 Nm3/hr).
The scope of work should include implementation of EPIC project phase on Turn-Key basis (Basic dasign review, Detailed .Eng, Procurement, Material supply , Contruction & Installation ,Comm.and Start-up ) based on the following :-
1. Overhauling / Improvement the existing nitrogen gas system,include :-
- Replacing parts of existing equiments {Adsoptio media (molecular sieve ,butterfly valves , PCV & on – off valve , drain system of compressores lines).
- Installation of new equipments{ water – cooled refrigention dryer ,local PLC, safety valves ).
- Dismanting & Removal parts of existing equiments (cooling water refrigention dryer).
2. Installing of new nitrogen gas system (new train ) in parallel with existing one.
(Capacity of 750 Nm3/hr and 1800 Nm3/hr,respectively at 99%and 97% Purity and it will be located west of the existing building ,on the other sider of the road .similarly to the existing one , the new unit and shall be designed to produce 400 Nm3/hr Instrument Air& 200 Nm3/hr services Air.
3. Carry out all related works (Process .,Civil,mech., Piping , HSEQ, ets).
