Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of Water Injection Boosting Station Upgrade.
There are five (5) existing pads need to be expanded, the project shall cover, but not limited as below:
a) Installation 19 water injection pumps in five (5) WIBSs.
b) Water Injection Distribution Valve Groups and auxiliary system.
c) Tie-in with existing facilities.
d) Power supply and distribution system. Including switchgears, transformers, EICS, 33kv OHTL with OPGW, UPS etc. for five (5) WIBSs. Each WIBS has two power resources. One from CPF1, CPF2 or CPF3 respectively based on its location, the other from 33kv FSF OHTL rings.
e) Instrumentation and Station Control system which consist of PCS, SIS and FGS in five (5) WIBSs.
f) CPF1/2/3/ and OCC SCADA modification and configuration.
g) Telecommunication system, including PCS data transmission, fire alarm system, CCTV and telephone system.
h) Fresh water supply, drainage and firefighting system; i) HVAC.
j) Civil/Structure works, including pump shelters, complex building, substation, duty room and road etc. k) Security and Protection System, including fence, gate and ditch etc.
