Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for EPIC for Replacement of MM5 Protection Relays & CMAC System in SS4000.
The Scope of Work includes supply all material, labor, services, supervision, testing devices, equipment, tools, consumables and all items of expense necessary for the performance of design, detailed engineering, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new protection relays and CCU (Central Control Unit) in the SS(substation)4000. In SS 4000, CMAC (Communication Management and Control Computer) system comprises 2 sets (2 nos. working & 2 nos. standby units. SS4000 is equipped with 169 Nos. LV motor managers and 28 Nos. HV (3.3 kV) motor managers. There are 168 nos. MM5c and 29 nos. MM5m motor protection relays. All MM5c motor managers are installed in LV switchboards while MM5m motor managers are mainly installed in 3.3kV HV switchboards. It is required to replace all MM5 protection relays inside the SS 4000 and associated CMAC system with equivalent CCU.
