Provision of Wireline Fishing and Pipe Recovery Services

Scope of Work
The company plans to carry out Wireline Fishing and Pipe Recovery Services on its offshore exploration, appraisal, and production location(s) in NNPC/MPN JV acreages. Anticipated contract term is two (2) years with an additional one (1) year option period. Contract commencement is expected in the third (3 rd) quarter of 2018, and is to be awarded to more than one bidder with the lowest responsive evaluated price/rate.
The scope of work includes but is not limited to the provision of Wireline Fishing, Pipe Recovery, Bridge Plug
Setting and Tractor Services, without limiting the Contractor’s other obligations. Equipment shall include all
rental and purchase components, operator control systems, spares and consumables, standby equipment.
Compliance with API RP 8B recommended Practice for Procedures for Inspections, Maintenance, Repair, and
Remanufacture of Hoisting Equipment and DS-1 Service Level 3-5 inspection standards for equipment tool
joints and body dimensions are expected. Wireline Fishing and Pipe Recovery Services may be required during production or drilling/workover operations as the need arises. Drilling operations will be on Jack-up rigs.
