Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Environmental Services for the drilling and completion of 18 wells
with anticipated starting date from the 3rd Quarter of 2018 for Two (2) years firm period plus one year optional extension.
The offshore drilling campaign is expected to commence from the 3rd Quarter of 2018 for at least a two (2) years duration, with a 1-year extension option. Interested bidders must be able to provide Environmental services:
- Bidder must be an accredited environmental service
provider in environmental monitoring, testing and
management.
- Contractor must have capability to carrying out field
sampling and must have laboratory to carry out sample
testing.
- Bidder shall provide but not be limited to the following
samplings.
i. Sampling and Analysis of Ambient Air Quality. Analysis shall include levels in Sulphur Dioxide (SO2), Oxides of Nitrogen (NO) and Carbon Monoxide (CO).
ii. Sampling and Analysis of Nearby Sea Water
Quality. Analysis shall include pH, TDS, TSS, Hardness, Iron, Chlorides, Fluorides, Calcium, Magnesium, Sulphate, Nitrate, Arsenic, Zinc, BOD, COD, Total Alkalinity, turbidity.
iii. Sampling and Analysis of physio-chemical
characteristics of the seabed sediment Quality. Analysis shall include Texture (Sand, Clay and Silt%), Classification, Bulk density Water holding capacity, pH, Conductivity, Organic Matter, Nitrogen, Phosphate, sodium, calcium, potassium and magnesium.
- Provision of advice and expertise to assists in well site environmental monitoring.
- Provision of qualified personnel to execute the scope
of work.
