Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for M&S for CCTV, ACS, PIDS, ANPR, Intercom & UPS System at Various onshore & Offshore.
The company intends to place existing operational CCTV, ACS, PIDS, ANPR, INTERCOM, and UPS systems as well as future similar systems that will be handed over to ICT for support during the duration of Contract at Onshore and Offshore operational locations under a full Hardware only maintenance and support services. Contract on Call-off basis for a period of five (5) years to ensure 24x7 availability of all systems and services in support of Operations.
Note: All software and integration related maintenance and support of above systems are excluded from the scope as this is covered under a separate Software only support Contract. This Tender shall have provision for split award for the following categories:
1. Group A - CCTV and ANPR
2. Group B - PIDS
3. Group C - ACS, Intercom & UPS.
The Scope of Services consists of the following:
1- Maintenance & Support services of full hardware of existing operational CCTV, ACS, PIDS, ANPR, INTERCOM, and UPS systems at multiple QP Onshore and Offshore operational locations: All Onshore locations in Doha, Mesaieed, Dukhan, Ras Laffan regions. All Offshore locations in North & East Fields (e.g. Halul, PS-2, PS-3, NFA (PS-4), FMB, Al- Morjan).
2- Maintenance & Support services of full hardware of future similar systems that will be handed over to ICT for support during the duration of Contract.
