Scope of Work
The company invites reputable and competent registered Nigerian companies (DPR registered and licensed) with proven experience in the provision of Casing and Tubing Connection Services & Repairs.
The work scope includes but is not limited to the provision of the under listed services:
1. Contractor will perform standard inspection/maintenance services in line with API 5A5 or API 5CT on OCTG (Tubing and Casing) ranging from 2-7/8” - 36”.
2. Contractor will perform standard inspection and refurbishment (buffing, re-threading, internal coating etc. when required) of OCTG/ Pipe with Premium and API Thread Connections including: JFE series of connections, Vam series of connections, Tenaris Wedge 511, Tenaris Blue, Leopard SD2, SWIFT DW-2, RL-2HCX, RL-4, RL-3M and Ulti Max GT connections.
3. Contractor will cut and thread OCTG (Tubing and Casing) with Premium and API thread connections providing adequate Licenses for the threads to be cut before job commencement.
4. Contractor will perform Tubing inspection and bucking services for OCTG (Range 2-7/8” – 36”) as required by
SNEPCo.
5. Contractor will perform Blank Pipe Cutting, Threading and Inspection as required by SNEPCo.
6. Contractor will perform Bead blasting and copper coating services as required by SNEPCo.
7. Contractor will perform Controlled pipe perforation as required by SNEPCo.
8. Contractor will perform Premium/Specialized Tubing handling service on chrome, special alloy and regular
tubulars as required by SNEPCo.
