Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for New Emergency Response Coordination Centre (Ercc).
The objective of this EPIC project is to establish a new ERCC (Emergency Response Coordination Centre) at the second and third floor of Office and Canteen Building (OCB) in Multi Purpose Admin Complex (MPAC) in RLIC Proposed ERCC shall be built third floor of OCB. ERCC shall be built with following facilities and special systems:
1. Emergency Operation Centre (EOC)for use by crisis management team in the event of emergency , as detailed in Appendix-A &F.
2. Emergency Control Centre (ECC)for management of emergency calls via Radio, Telephone, Alarm Systems, s drtailed in Appendix-A & F.
3. UPS and battery rooms equipped with UPS and battery required for providing uninterrupted power for the critical equipment and systems.
4. Technical Equipment Room.
5. 2 x 24 core FOC connectivity between existing TER in 3rd floor MPAC and proposed TER.
6. New showers are to be provided in the second floor.
7. Fire and Gas monitoring workstations/ servers. The F&G monitoring signals in existing ERCC at RLIC main gate shall be repeated with new equipment in new ERCC complete with necessary hardware, software and all accessories.
8. Modification of existing sprinkler system, F&G system at OCB at MPAC to cater for new additional detectors, and HSSD system gas suppression systems, etc.
9. Passive components required for extending six (6) new 135 Emergency number phone lines shall be provided in ECC for emergency calls within the city.
10. Forty four (44) hotline system new, complete with all connectivity, hardware, software and accessories
11. New Tetra radio system complete with all connectivity, hardware, software and licenses for three (3) desktop units and five (5) Tetra hand held radios
12. Two (2) new Satellite phones complete with all hardware, New Weather monitoring system complete with connectivity, hardware, software, licenses and accessories.
13. New redundant communication dispatch and data recorder systems complete with connectivity, hardware, software, licenses and accessories, which shall be control system for hotlines, emergency.
