Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Rehabilitation of 82 Nos. Storage Tanks, Spheres & Bullets.
The Scope of Services for rehabilitation of 82 Nos. tanks, bullets and spheres includes supply of project management, supervision, labour, materials, mobilization, de-mobilization, inspection and NDT(Non-Destructive Test) by QP approved TPI (Third Party Inspection) agency, testing, warehousing, machinery, heavy equipment, tools/tackles, consumables and material transportation required for the following:
a)Spading, scaffolding, insulation and cladding works.
b)Opening, cleaning and de-sludging of the tanks.
c)NDT testing, weld repairs, fabrication, QA/QC (Quality Assurance/Quality Control) and hydro testing. d)Replacement/repairs of FRT(Floating Roof Tank) mechanical rim seals,
e)Profile Survey of tank's bottom plate.
f)Design and Replacement of CP (Cathodic Protection) system.
g)Replacement/patch repairs of tank's roof, bottom, shell and structure.
h)PWHT (Post Weld Heat Treatment), if required.
i)Grit blasting, painting/coating and fireproofing.
j)Civil concrete repairs.
k)Hydro-jetting services.
l)Calibration of tanks by QP approved TPA (Third Party Agency).
m)Boxing up and de-spading. n)Other miscellaneous works.
