Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for EPIC for Closure of Old Landfill Facility in Mesaieed.
The objective of the project is to close the landfill in accordance with best industrial standards and practices. In addition, comply with MME regulations, ensure safety, integrity of the closed landfill with minimum maintenance works and ensure protection of the environment. The EPIC stage shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, the following: - Conversion of the current two cells of MSW and C&D waste into one organized cell with adequate side slopes - Extension of existing landfill base liner and provision of a Landfill covering structure with a LDPE geomembrane - Provision of a Leachate Collection System. - Provision of a Storm Water Drainage System:
- Provision of a Gas ventilation system to Landfill.
- Replacement of existing perimeter fence and gates.
- Perimeter road surrounding the landfill site.
- Track road from the landfill site to the Sealine Road.
