Scope of Work
The company announces to interested and prequalified companies, an upcoming tendering opportunity for the
Operation and maintenance of UPS and DC Systems.
The proposed contract will provisionally commence in Q4, 2018 and remain active for a duration of two years, with an option to extend by a further one year.
The work scope covered by proposed contract includes but is not limited to the following:
Provision of qualified personnel of suitable levels of competence, on a call-off basis, to provide Maintenance, Testing and Repair Services for all UPS Systems and associated equipment in SPDC locations. The Work shall also include Full-Service Preventative, Predictive, and Corrective maintenance and provision of proactive recommendations on UPS Systems (Including All Associated Equipment – Batteries, Stabilizers, Sinewave, Bypass Switches, Isolation Transformers, Electrical Power Distribution Systems, Sockets, Plugs, Distribution Boards, etc.), as well as the supply of any applicable replacement parts as well as specialist engineering services.
Workscope also includes the day-to-day, planned and ad-hoc breakdown Maintenance and Repair as well as Testing/Certification of the following
equipment/systems:
- UPS equipment.
- Associated batteries.
- Stabilizers.
- Sinewave.
- By-pass Switches.
- Isolation Transformers.
Power Distribution network/system (including power distribution boards, switchgear, sockets, plugs, cables, etc.) As per SPDC Issued MJRs/CM/PM check lists and Work Orders.
Provide first line intervention/troubleshooting of UPS and associated equipment and power distribution network/system (e.g. power distribution boards,
Switchgear, sockets, plugs, cables, etc.) failures and restoration of power. In addition, answer to all fault calls from Customers as recorded on Global PlanON application & SAP application.
