Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of Charter Flight Service for Al-Waha from Baghdad Airport to Kut.
A) Personnel Transportation between Baghdad and Al kut around 106 roundflight and related to -and-from service for two year plus one year renewable.
B) Must Condition : (1) Flighttime ETD Baghdad to Kut at 08:00am-11:00am time window every flight ,whichshall be fixed upon discuss . (2) Guarantee & Process Al kut military AirBase related relations (The charter flight company will be responsible forgetting the operation permission including permission for landing and take-offin both Baghdad international airport and Kut airbase and ground service,passenger transfer/luggage handle &check, etc), Failed to achieve shalllead to penalty for charter company.
C) The charter flight supplier should provide ALWAHA passengers with assistanceservice when ALWAHA passengers arrive and/or leave Baghdad InternationalAirport. One experienced staff from Supplier Company shall be assigned toprovide necessary service to the passengers with charter flight from Baghdad toKut & Kut to Baghdad
