Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of Test Stump assembly, 13.5/8 inch x 10,000 psi WP, BX-159, flanged by butt-weld bottom (onto 2 inch steel plate) with 4.1/2 inch IF box thread complete with side and bottom ports, 15,000 psi bleed valve etc. The test stump shall also be complete with pipe mandrel of 4 (four) mtr long and should consist, but not limited to, the following features:
i. Base plate (with four numbers of holes of 2 inch diameter
each at the four corners for anchoring the plate).
ii. NPT Test ports and Drain ports at convenient locations for easy testing.
iii. Removable Test mandrel retaining threads.
iv. Lifting taps / Lifting lugs for easy handling.
v. SS 316 overlaid ring groves duly blasted and painted.
