Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Replacement of Local Control Panels for Chemical Injection Packages.
NFA Operations raised a Plant Change Request (PCR) P/11/013/NFAO, to refurbish badly corroded local control panels and associated junction boxes & annunciators on existing chemical packages at NFA.The chemical injection packages are installed at Riser Treatment and Utility platforms. NGN operations suggested looking for better alternative to the existing local control panels whereby the zone classification shall be strictly considered and maintained. The Chemical Packages included in this PCR are as follows:
1. 5142-A-01: Corrosion Inhibitor Type I at RPTL Upper Deck,
2. 5142-A-01: Corrosion Inhibitor Type II at RPTL MSF Deck,
3. 5142-A-02: Methanol Injection Package at RPTL Lower Deck,
4. 5942-A-01 Pt 1: Chemical Storage Package,
5. 5942-A-01 Pt 2: Chemical Storage Package.
