Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Advanced Ndt& Assess.
The company has Oil and Gas production Facilities at onshore locations of Qatar. The onshore facilities consist of NGL-1, 2, 3, 4 & NGSF Plants, Storage & Loading facilities and common utilities, Tank Farm & Terminal together with associated Transmission & Distribution Pipeline System (Routed from Ras Laffan, Doha and Mesaieed areas to NGL plant, GDS stations and Tank Farm areas) and GDS Stations. The company's policy is to conduct a comprehensive inspection program on all onshore assets on a continuous basis. This inspection includes complete survey and selective inspection of all static equipment pressure vessels, pipelines and pipe works. The company intends to use Real Time RT, GWT/LRUT, Corrosion Mapping (Automatic & Manual) and TOFD (Automatic & Manual) & UTPA (where ever TOFD not possible as well as verification of TOFD results) techniques initially with UTFD as a complimentary inspection system to monitor suspected or known defect areas. This will be used to gather data for trend analysis, Fitness for Service and Remaining life assessment of equipment, piping and pipelines.
