Scope of Work:
Supplying download meters size (2.5) as the following meters specifications:
- Used to count download quantity.
- Inlet threaded with male BS (2.5) inch.
- The system must contain (filter, air separator, strainer and isolate valve).
- Amp. Temp. range (-5, 60)° C.
- The system should be operate at hazardous zone in fuel station near un loading points.
- The meters operate on (24 vdc, 220 vac, 50 hz).
- (Flammable & explosion) proof.
1- Supplying download meters as following:
a- # 50 meter for gasoline
- Temp range of product (-5, 60)° C
- Specific gravity at 15.6° C (0.770 - 0.775)
- Sulfur content (% w): 0.05
b- # 182 meter for gas oil
- Temp range of product (-5, 60)° C
- Specific gravity at 15.6° C (0.85)
- Viscosity cst at 40° C: 5.6
- Sulfur content (% w): (1) max
c- # 332 meter for kerosene
- Temp range of product (-5, 60)° C
- Specific gravity at 15.6° C (0.801)
- Sulfur content (% w): (2) max
2- Calibration unit as the following:
a- # 29 master meter to Calibrate gasoline meter:
- Temp range of product (-5, 60)° C
- Specific gravity at 15.6° C (0.770 - 0.775)
- Sulfur content (% w): 0.05
b- # 10 meter for gas oil meter:
- Temp range of product (-5, 60)° C
- Specific gravity at 15.6° C (0.85)
- Viscosity cst at 40° C: 5.6
- Sulfur content (% w): (1) max
c- # 34 meter for kerosene meter:
- Temp range of product (-5, 60)° C
- Specific gravity at 15.6° C (0.801)
- Sulfur content (% w): (2) max.
Origin must be: USA, Germany, France, Swiss, Italy or Japan.
