Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of Heat Exchangers Dedicated Services.
The scope of work is to perform the maintenance services of heat exchangers dedicated such as (cleaning, re-tubing and inspection activities), the required work shall include the following :-
- Conduct a site survey to assess technical and logistical needs.
- Inspection, NDE of heat exchangers (on call basis)
- Re-tubing of heat exchanger at workshop.
- On-site cleaning of shall, tube, and hydro testing of various heat exchangers (on call basis).
- De- blinding and making the pipe lines, equipments “on stream and tightening of the flanges / manholes in case of only leakage and inspection of heat exchangers (on call basis).
- Provide the required machines equipments for the implementation of the work (such as lapping machine for the various heat exchangers).
- HSE procedures should be observed in implementation of the work.
