Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Maintenance of 132kv Electrical Power Overhead Transmission Line (OHTH) from GOSP) Gas & Oil separation station) to Scorpion PAD.
The Contractor will provide all the required manpower special Tools and equipments to carry out the live line Washing of insulators towers of 132kv Overhead Transmission line and insulators damaged or cracked replacement where applicable.
With the above provisions ,the Contractor will perform the following activities such as but not limited to:
1) Live line insulators washing of high voltage Transmission line of 132kv from GOSP to scorpion Dad which is about 38KM in distance.
2) General check – up & maintenance of tower structure, conductors and electrical fittings.
3) Replace of damaged insulators surge arrestors, pin type insulators, etc.
4) Replacement of armor rods & preformed ties.
5) Repair conductors and electrical fittings.
6) Installation of separators, wind dumpers, cotter key, etc.
7) Complete maintenance of fuse holders and isolation switches without shutdown of power transformer.
8) Remover and installation of isolation switches and fuse holders of overhead hi-lines.
