Extension of Control Room

Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Extension of control room at GC-4 Project No. I-61.
The contractor shall remove the existing PLC (S5-135) and associated equipment and supply and install modular conventional type PLC (S7-300).
All necessary equipment requirements to access the P.L.C. is also his scope of work. (eg. Terminal strip, Digital output module card, Digital input module card ….etc). It would be preferred that the equipment going to be provided made this scope shall be similar type and compatible to the existing.
Complete installation, testing and commissioning of the following:-
- Lay and install (2x150m) length control cable, from the new skid manifold junction boxes to the new control panel.
- Lay and install connection cables from new control panel to existing PLC through new TB in the new control panel.
- The contractor has to replace the faulty instruments in order to get the correct well test result in manual and automatic modes.
Contractor shall carry out loop testing and function testing from field instruments through to the control room and vice versa.
