Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Renewal of Foam Equipment Water Spray and Foam Systems on Tanks in Majid Project No. O-41.
The objective of the project is to replace and upgrade the fire protection systems to tanks RS-01, RS-02, WT-01 and WT-02.
The works will include:
- Dismantling the existing foam station and equipment and remove all material from site.
- Removal of existing foam systems including top pourers and blind off tank connections.
- Removal of existing water spray piping from the Tanks.
- Construction of a new foam station building to supply base injection systems to all tanks.
- Installation of new water spray and foam piping systems on each tank.
- Installation of new foam nozzles for base injection system.
- Cleaning and de-gassing of tanks before installing new foam nozzles.
- Carrying out welding of any additional supports as per design requirement wherever the existing supports are found to be inadequate.
