Provision of Corrosion Prevention and Control Services

Scope of Work
The company invites interested and prequalified companies for provision of Corrosion Prevention and Control Services. The proposed contract term is 3 (Three) years with an option of 1 (one) year extension.
The scope of work for the services includes but not limited to the following:
- Provision of all materials, tools and spare kits, equipment necessary to support design,
fabrication, installation, inspection, monitoring, testing and maintenance of Company's Corrosion Protection and Control systems.
- Performance of Direct Current Voltage Gradient according to international standards (NACE Standard SP0207-2007) and Company's specifications or any other survey to determine coating condition on Company's specified Pipelines.
- Performance of Close Interval Potential Survey according to NACE Standard SP0207- 2007 and Company Specifications to determine corrosion status on Company specified Pipelines.
- Performance of Direct Assessment on company specified pipelines according to NACE Standard SP0502-2010.
- Performance of pipeline integrity surveys such as topography survey, depth profile on company specified pipelines.
- Performance of MTM (Magnetic Tomography) on company specified pipelines.
- Performance of tests such as resistivity measurements, soil test, and water analyses,
etc., to support corrosion protection, prevention and control activities.
- Provision of qualified and certified personnel such as NACE, API, NDE/NDT, etc. to carry out services covered in the scope of work.
