The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Maintenance Services for Company's Properties at Al-Khor Community.
Scope of Work:
Contractor shall provide various categories of manpower, vehicles, spare parts and equipment to perform electrical, plumbing, civil, etc. maintenance services of Company's leased/owned properties at Al-Khor Residential Community. The Contract Duration shall be 5 years with an option to extend for 2 years.
