Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of Customs Clearance, Freight Forwarding and Associated Service.
Scope of Work includes but not limited to the following:
1- Sea freight, documentation, customs clearance, domestic transportation and other associated services for Halfaya cargos.
2- Follow up and obtain approvals related to Halfaya Oilfields cargos importation and exportation, including levy exemption approval, importation & exportation approval, etc. from MOC, BOC, General Custom, South Custom, Ministry of Oil, Ministry of Interior, etc.
3- Extension of the temporary imported materials and equipment.
4- Transfer of temporary importation to permanent importation.
5- The transportation of special cargos associated services are considered the part of transportation service list below: a. Road Survey;
b. To obtain the approvals from related traffic, security and other authorities, if required;
c.To provide suitable trucks, cranes, loading & offloading tools for Halfaya cargos.
