Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for EPIC for Upgrade of ABB Dcs System.
The main Scope of Work is as follows: a) Upgrade of ABB DCS and respective interface equipment to replace obsolete hardware and software. b) Replacement of PCU Communication modules c) Replacement of Harmony/INFI90 Engineering Workstation Composer & GPI software and hardware. d) Replacement of Freelance software and hardware e) Replacement of existing Obsolete Toshiba T1-40S PLCs hardware and software f) Replacement of the existing KEP server hardware and software. g) Replacement of existing redundant OPC interface between ICS Triplex and ABB DCS with redundant Modbus-TCP/IP interface. h) Replacement of obsolete servers and workstations for ABB DCS and third party systems. i) Upgrade of ABB DCS and third party systems windows operating system and application software to the latest OEM approved revisions. j) Providing Alarm Management System for ABB DCS. k) Installation of OSI PI historian server to collect data from ABB DCS to transfer to APMS through QP-net. l) Implementation of cyber security for NFA DCS and all third party systems.
