Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of Cleaning, Inspection and Roof Seal Replacement Services for the Condensate Storage Tank (5E-220-TB-002B) at Mellitah Complex.
Scope of Work
The scope of work is to perform the cleaning, all maintenance activates required based on inspection report and supplying the roof seal and roof seal replacement for condensate storage tank 5E- 220-TB-002B is located at Mellitah Complex which is designed in accordance with API 653, the tank details are as follows:-
• Tank Diameter 66.000 m
• Tank Height 16.340 m
• Capacity 45650 m3 working / 55900 m3 geometric
• Construction Type: Welded Steel Sections with Single Deck Floating Roof as per API 653
The required work shall include the following :-
• Conduct a site survey to assess technical and logistical needs.
• Provision of cleaning, gas freeing plus the inspection, maintenance activities according to the inspection findings and to perform the roof seal replacement
• HSE procedures should be observed in implementation of the work.
