Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Ics, Allenbradly & Wonderware Maint & Tech Service Esd/F&G System.
The Scope of Services pertains to the supply of qualified and experienced OEM Service Engineers and Senior PLC technicians on a call-off basis, to carry out various activities including but not limited to the following: -
i. General maintenance routines, troubleshooting and emergency breakdown maintenance of the ESD, F&G Systems and OPC Servers Network Link in NFA and Mesaieed operations.
ii. Implement necessary remedial measures to rectify systems faults, attend to emergency call out repair works and major breakdowns.
iii. Provision of engineering support, advice and technical assistance, emergency call out service.
iv. Provision of emergency critical parts.
v. Advanced on-site training to staff.
vi. Periodic system software & hardware enhancements.
vii. Implementation of minor PCRs with a view for an improved systems overall operability, performance & reliability leading to enhanced systems capabilities in line with OEM standards & Corporate Philosophy for Fire and Safety.
