Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of Supply of Casing Head Housing Water Disposal Well & Accessories.
The instruments to be supplied are as follows: -
- Item 001 Qty=10 of Casing Head Housing, for Water Disposal Well Head,2000 PSI W.P, 7.1/6" NB Flange x 5.1/2" OD LTC Casing Female Treaded, as per API Specification 6A(latest edition),as detailed below:
a) Material : Minimum 45 K API Forged/Cast Alloy steel.
b) Product specification level: PSL 1
c) Performance Rating : PR1
d) Material Class : AA
e) Temperature Rating : U.
f) Working Pressure : 140.6kg/sq.cm(2000 psi)
g) Test Pressure : 210.9kg/sq.cm(3000 psi)
h) Total Hight : 139.7 mm(5.1/2")
i) Minimum ID : 121.4 mm(4.778")(ID of 5.1/2" 20 ppf casing as per API 5 CT)
j) Top Connection : Flange, 140.6 kg/sq.cm(2,000 psi)working pressure,178 mm(7.1/16")NB,RX-45 ring grooved, Flange Thickness 55.6 mm(2.19"), Flange OD 355 mm(14"), Hub Thickness 222.0 mm(8.74") Drilled 12 nos of 29 mm(1.14"),Dia through holes spaced equally at bolt circle diameter of 292.1 mm(11.5"), suitable to accommodate the hanger flange for Water Disposal Well Head(Material Code: 03-56-3360).
k) Bottom Connection: Threaded, 5.1/2" LTC Casing femate thread as per API CT, Suitable to install over for 5.1/2" OD LTC threaded casing.

- Item 002 Qty=10 of Hanger Flange for Water Disposal Well Head Hanger Flange for Water Disposal Well Head,2000 psi WP,2.7/8" OD 8rd EUE Female Threaded x 7.1/16" NB Studded Flanged, as per API specification 6A(latest edition), as detailed below:
a) Material : Minimum 45 K API Forged/Cast Alloy Steel.
b) Product specification level: PSL 1
c) Performance Rating : PR1
d) Material Class : AA
e) Temperature Rating : U.
f) Working Pressure : 140.6kg/sq.cm(2000 psi).
g) Test Pressure : 210.9kg/sq.cm(3000 psi).
h) Total Hight : 139.7 mm(5.1/2").
i) Minimum ID : 62.0 mm(2.441")(ID of 2.7/8" OD 6.5 ppf 8rd N80 tubing as per API 5 CT).
j) Top Connection : Threaded, 2.7/8" OD EUE 8rd female thread as per API 5CT, suitable for installing pup joint/tubing to pick up the hanger flange along with 2000 m long(approx.)2.7/8" OD 6.5 ppf 8rd N80 tubing string attached at bottom of the hanger flange.
k) Bottom Connection: Single Studded Flange, 140.6kg/sq.cm(2000 psi) working pressure, 178mm(7.1/16") NB,RX-45 ring grooved, Flange OD 355 mm(14"), Flanged Thickness 55.6 mm(2.19"), Hub Thickness 222.0 mm(8.74"),Tapped 12 nos of 1" Dia Stud holes spaced equally at bolt circle diameter of 292.1mm(11.5"), complete with firmly screwed 12 nos of 1" dia 8 UNC threaded 5.375" long studs & 01 no hexagonal nuts for each stud, suitable to install over Casing Head Housing for Water Disposal Well Head(Material Code: 03-54-8901).Also, Threaded, 2.7/8" OD EUE 8rd female thread as per API 5CT, suitable for suspension of 2000 m long(approx.)2.7/8" OD 6.5 ppf 8rd N80 tubing string.
