Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of Fuel Nitrogen Inventory Vehicles.
The Vehicles to be supplied are as follows: -
- Item 001 Qty=3 of Oil Field Truck Mounted Nitrogen Pumping UNITS (NPUs).
- Item 002 Qty=1 of Installation & Commissioning Of Item No. 10 (TOTAL 3 NOS OF NPU).
- Item 003 Qty=8 of 2” x 3m long straight joint with 1502 union ends/
- Item 004 Qty=22” of x 1.5m long straight joint with 1502 union ends.
- Item 005 Qty=4 of 2” style 10 type swivels with 1502 union ends.
- Item 006 Qty=6 of 2” style 50 type swivels with 1502 union ends.
- Item 006 Qty=1 of 2” dart style check valve with 1502 union ends.
- Item 007 Qty=1 of 2” plug valve with 1502 union ends.
- Item 008 Qty=2 of Cryogenic hoses for liquid Nitrogen transfer with storage tubes, rated working pressure 150 psi, size NIT 250 x 10 ft long. with hammer union connection for connecting to NIT 250 liquid nitrogen fill line.
- Item 009 Qty=1 of Tank relief valve.
- Item 010 Qty=2 of Rupture disk, Cryogenic tank.
- Item 011 Qty=1 of Valve repair kit for all sizes of valve used in the cryogenic piping.
- Item 012 Qty=1 of Tank content gauge.
- Item 013 Qty=1 of Flexible cryogenic pipings used in the cryogenic pipe connection.
- Item 014 Qty=2 of Cryogenic boost pump repair kit 2 set.
- Item 015 Qty=3 of Cryogenic triplex cold end repair kit (1 set= 3 nos cold end repair kit).
- Item 016 Qty=4 of Hydraulic filters (A set should consist of all hydraulic).
- Item 017 Qty=1 of strainers, pressure line filters and return line filters fitted on unit during operation.
- Item 018 Qty=1 of Joystick to control blower speed (or its alternate).
- Item 019 Qty=1 of Joystick to control Triplex speed (or its alternate).
- Item 020 Qty=1 of Plug valve repair kit (Nitrogen discharge line).
- Item 021 Qty=1 of Cryogenic pump warm end repair kit.
- Item 022 Qty=1 of Flow meter to measure LN2 discharge.
- Item 023 Qty=1 of Thermo couple, cable and meter to measure discharge temp.
- Item 024 Qty=4 of Pump lube oil filter.
- Item 025 Qty=1 of Pump lube pressure sensor.
- Item 026 Qty=1 of Pump lube temp sensor.
- Item 027 Qty=1 of 18. Pump discharge pressure gauge.
- Item 028 Qty=1 of Pilot operated relief valve for boost pump control.
- Item 029 Qty=4 of Gear oil filter for triplex pump.
- Item 030 Qty=1 of Drive couplings for pumps.
