Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of 6 Full Opening Safety Valve Complete, one piece construction with metal to metal seal, manufactured from AISI 4145 H modified alloy steel and heat treated to hardness 285-341 BHN and impact 47 J/cm2 with phosphatised connections conforming to API spec. 7.1 (latest edition) and complete with operating wrench, disassembling tools, grease pin and thread protectors. Ball, seal operating knob are to be heat treated stainless steel. Working pressure: 10,000 psi (703.23 kg/cm2) Test Pressure: 15,000 psi (1054.85 kg/cm2) Outside diameter: 7"(177.80mm)-7.1/4" (184.15mm) Inside diameter: 3"(76.20mm)-4"(101.60mm) Length between shoulders: 16" (406.40mm) (minimum)
Connections: 5.1/2" API FH, RH Box up - Pin dow.
