Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Providing & Fixing of Laminated Wooden Flooring at Auditorium of OIL’s Residential Complex, Sector-15A, Noida.
The instruments to be supplied are as follows: -
- Item 001 Qty=202.500 of Dismantling wooden flooring including cleaning the surface and making good for fixing new wooden flooring as directed.
- Item 002 Qty=202.500 of Providing and fixing plain lining with necessary screws/nuts & bolts/ nails, including a coat of approved primer on one face, and fixed on wooden /steel frame work, complete as per direction of Engineer- in charge (Frame work shall be paid for separately). 12mm thick commercial ply (For Leveling of Floor).
- Item 003 Qty=202.500 of Providing and fixing in position 9 mm thick Pergo expression laminated floor (code 010012) or of approved equivalent make with sound block, of plank having proloc joints tongue and groove to secure long lasting joints, as per approval by EIC.
- Item 004 Qty=20.000 of Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes, channels, plates etc., including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners stainless steel bolts etc., of required size, on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc.).
- Item 005 Qty=50.000 of Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting,
unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.
- Item 006 Qty=75 of Providing and fixing Edge Profile to the laminated floor.
- Item 007 Qty=10 of Providing and fixing Reducer to the laminated floor.
- Item 008 Qty=10 of Providing and fixing Stair nose to the laminated floor.
