Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Call Off Maintenance of Reciprocating Compressor Valves.
The Services to be covered by the tender comprises the supply of all resources by the Contractor on call-off basis to undertake the maintenance of reciprocating compressor valves currently being used in the Refinery. The Services include but not limited to:
1- Collection of the valves at Mesaieed, Qatar and transporting them to the Contractor's, workshop facilities.
2- In the workshop, Contractor dismantles the valves for visual, inspection of major damage, valve plate breakage, excessive, wear, etc. Contractor then prepares for the company approval
a. comprehensive technical report including the following: i. Photos of the dismantled valve parts.
ii. Photos of any damaged part.
iii. Recommendation for valve repair.
iv. Recommendation for required OEM spare parts.
v. The estimated cost for the proposed repair
3- On completion of repair, transport back the repaired valvesto Refinery for future installation.
4- The provision of all necessary compressor OEM spare parts for the repair.
