Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply 02 NOS of Steam Cleaner.
Oil fired, Electric motor driven, portable combination Steam cleaner and pressure washer on 203.2 mm (8inch) rubber-tyred wheels and swivel as per specification given below:
Water Flow : within the range around 330-1000 Litres/Hour. Pump type : Positive displacement Check Valve : Non-corrosive Disc type Water Outlet temp : 70 - 90 degree centigrade Steam Outlet temp : 100 - 160 degree centigrade Water Pressure : minimum 80 kg/sq.cm Steam Pressure : minimum 15 kg/sq.cm Volume of detergent tank: 20-30 Litres Volume of fuel tank : 20-30 Litres Weight : 200 Kg (maximum) Water Tank: Open top float tank, with preventive arrangement for back-flow of water to supply line, and suitable end connection for fixing garden type hose. Chemical dosing system: Integrated chemical dosing system to meter uniform quantity. Injector Pump: For injecting concentrated cleaning compound into solution under all operating conditions. Strength of solution shall be adjustable. Power supply: Single phase, 220 -230 V, 50 Hz. Operating current amps : 15 Amp-20 Amps.
