Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Supply of Xlpe Alu Cable– Qty = 1,500 Mtrs, Cable, 3.5C x 240 mm2, 1100V, XLPE Alu.
Size: 3.5Cx240 mm2.
Voltage Grade: 1100V.
Color: Black.
Conductor Material: Stranded compact circular/shaped Aluminum.
Shape: Complete round on outer side.
Insulation: XLPE.
Filler & Inner Sheath: Unvulcanized rubber/ Thermoplastic materials/Proofed tape (for inner sheath only).
Outer Sheath: PVC.
Armor: Galvanized Steel Tape/Wire.
Min Length: 750Mtr Applicable Standard: IS-7098 (Part-I) (with latest amendments if any).
Marking: a) Manufacture's name, voltage grade, length (in meters), size of cable, year of manufacture and the letters 'ELECTRIC' shall be printed, indented or embossed on the sheath of the cable throughout the length.The distance between any two consecutive printings, indentations or embossing shall be not more than 1m.
b) Cable drum shall be marked with manufacture's name, voltage grade, size of cable, cable code, year of manufacturing, length of cable, Number of lengths on the drum (if more than one); gross weight, ISI mark & OIL's purchase order number with suitable paint in permanent manner
