Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of 12 Nos.of Formation Water Disposal Pumps.
The instruments to be supplied are as follows: -
- Item 001 Qty=06 of Electric Motor Driven Pump set, Mounted on a common base frame, coupled with flexible coupling (Lovejoy type), complete with coupling guards, foundation bolts & nuts and necessary maintenance tools.
Pump Details:
a) Type : Centrifugal, Multistage.
b) Capacity : 25 -30 Kl/hour.
c) Delivery head : 200 meters.
d) Liquid to be handled : Formation water.
e) Specific speed of the pump should not be less than 19(considering all parameters in metric units).
f) Dynamic balancing of the impellers assembly is required.
g) Bearing used should be Heavy duty with oil/grease. lubrication (Make of the bearing: SKF/FAG).
h) Stuffing box shall be water sealed type of ample depth complete with gland packing.
