Supply of Drill Collars & Lifting Plugs

Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of drill collars & lifting plugs.
The instruments to be supplied are as follows: -
- Item 001 Qty=100 of Drill Collars (Spiral) and lifting plugs manufactured from AISI 4145 H modified alloy steel and fully heat treated to 285-341 Brinell hardness. The mechanical properties of the drill collar should meet API Spec. 7-1 requirements.
- Clause 10.A:
Type : Spiral grooved
Outside Diameter: 165.10 mm (6.1/2 inch)
Inside Diameter : 71.44 mm (2.13/16 inch)
Length : 9.45m (31 feet) +/- 6inch
Thread Connections : 101.60 mm (4inch) API IF RH (NC-46) Box up & pin down OD of Slip Recess : 152.40 mm (6 inch)
Length of Slip Recess : 533.40 mm (21 inch) minimum
Beginning of Slip Recess : 1066.80 mm (42 inch) from box end and furnished with pressed steel thread protectors installed at both ends.
Hardbanding: 254 mm (10 inch) long wear pad under slip recess & 102 mm (04 inch) long wear pad above slip recess
- Clause 10.B:Qty=50 Lifting Plug for above item no 10 having 165.10 mm (6.1/2inch) OD x 71.44 mm (2.13/16 inch) ID, 254.00 mm (10 inch) long neck, 228.60 mm (9inch) OD lifting plate/face and 101.60 mm (4inch) API IF RH (NC-46) pin connection with pressed steel thread protectors installed.The lifting Plugs must have 2 (two) numbers of through holes of 1 inch / 25.4 mm (approx ) diameter at 180 degree diametrically opposite with centres at 2 inch / 50.80 mm (approx) below the top end of the lifting plug.
- Item 002 Qty=24 of Drill Collars (Spiral) and lifting plugs manufactured from AISI 4145 Hmodified alloy steel and fully heat treated to 285-341 Brinell hardness.The mechanical properties of the drill collar should meet API Spec. 7-1 requirements.
- Clause 20.A :

Outside Diameter: : 203.20 mm (8 inch)
Inside Diameter : 76.20 mm (3 inch)
Length : 9.45m (31 feet) +/- 6inch
Thread Connections : 168.275 mm (6.5/8 inch) API Reg. (RH) box up x pin down
OD of Slip Recess : 190.50 mm (7.1/2 inch)
Length of Slip Recess : 533.40 mm (21 inch) minimum
Beginning of Slip Recess : 1066.80 mm (42 inch) from box end and furnished with pressed steel thread protectors installed at both ends.
Hardbanding: 254 mm (10 inch) long wear pad under slip recess & 102 mm (04 inch) long wear pad above slip recess.
Clause 20.B:
Lifting Plug for above item no.20 having 203.20 mm (8 inch) OD x 71.44 mm (2.13/16 inch) ID, 254.00 mm (10 inch) long neck, 266.70 mm (10.1/2inch) OD lifting plate/face and 168.275 mm (6.5/8inch) API Reg. (RH) pin connection with pressed steel thread protectors installed. The Lifting Plugs must have two Nos. of through holes of 1inch/ 25mm (approx) dia at 180 degree diametrically opposite with centres at 2inch/50mm (approx) below the top end of the lifting plug.
- Item 003 Qty=21 of Drill Collars (Spiral) and lifting plugs manufactured from AISI 4145 H modified alloy steel and fully heat treated to 285-341 Brinell hardness.The mechanical properties of the drill collar should meet API Spec. 7-1 requirements.

Inside Diameter : 76.20 mm (3 inch)
Length : 9.45m (31 feet) +/- 6inch
Thread Connections : 193.675 mm (7.5/8 inch) API Reg. (RH) box up x pin down
OD of Slip Recess : 228.60 mm (9 inch)
Length of Slip Recess : 533.40 mm (21 inch) minimum
Beginning of Slip Recess : 1066.80 mm (42 inch) from box end and furnished with pressed steel thread protectors installed at both ends.
Hardbanding: 254 mm (10 inch) long wear pad under slip recess & 102 mm (04 inch) long wear pad above slip recess.
Clause 30.B:
Lifting plug for above item No. 30 having 241.30 mm (9.1/2 inch) OD x 76.20 mm (3 inch) ID, 254.00 mm (10 inch) lonneck, 292.10 mm (11.1/2 inch) OD lifting face and 193.675 mm (7.5/8 inch) API Reg. (RH) pin connection with pressed steel thread protectors installed.The lifting Plugs must have 2 (two) numbers of through holes of 1 inch / 25.4 mm (approx ) diameter at 180 degree diametrically opposite with centres at 2 inch / 50.80 mm (approx) below the top end of the lifting plug.
