Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Maintenance of tank D-600 and water injection tank at GOSP 6.
The scope of work includes maintenance of crude oil tank D-600, de-sanding system and water injection tank at GOSP-6. Both tanks have been constructed as per standard API 620. The contractor shall collect all data and information from the field, prepare necessary drawings, and supply all materials for both tanks. For water injection tank the bottom plates shall be replaced and repairs of the roof and shell plates after corrosion section inspection. Bottom replacement of crude tank D-600 shall be decided after corrosion inspection. Furthermore, repairs of shell and roof plates are also required. Scope includes supply and installation of two new air compressors and one sump pump for de-sanding system. All instrumentation shall be renewed and upgraded to the latest models. At the end, the painting of both entire tanks is required.
