Scope of Work
The company announces its need for procurement of line pipe, 2”(qty-16,100 mtrs).
The instruments to be supplied are as follows:
- Item 001 Qty=9700 of Black steel line pipe, ERW, Nom. size 50 mm (2"), Max. O.D. 60.8 mm (2.39"), Min. O.D. 59.7 mm, Wall Thickness - 3.6 mm (0.144") weight including screwed & socketed 5.10 kg/m (3.42 lb/ft), IS 1239 (Part-I): Latest Edition, screwed and socketed as per IS 554: Latest Edition, medium class, length of each joint in 6/7 mtrs., mill test pressure (Hydraulic) under screwed & coupled condition - 50 kg/ sq.cm (711 PSI).
- Item 002 Qty=1400 of Black steel line pipe, ERW, Nom. size 50 mm (2"), Max. O.D. 60.8 mm (2.39"), Min. O.D. 59.7 mm, Wall Thickness - 3.6 mm (0.144") weight including screwed & socketed 5.10 kg/m (3.42 lb/ft), IS 1239 (Part-I): Latest Edition, screwed and socketed as per IS 554: Latest Edition, medium class, length of each joint in 6/7 mtrs., mill test pressure (Hydraulic) under screwed & coupled condition - 50 kg/ sq.cm (711 PSI).
- Item 003 Qty=5000 of Line Pipe, 50 mm (2")
1. Line pipe, ERW, galvanized, medium duty, made from hot rolled steel strips; screwed and socketed. Deviations from the said standard are specified in subsequent description points. Each end of the pipe is to be screwed with taper pipe threads. Length of each joint: 6 to 7 meters.
