Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors for Upgrade of Halul Landing Area.
Upgrade of Halul landing strip and modification of heliport building. Scope of Work includes: Relocate existing obstructions/services in the landing area, Upgrade of Halul Heliport Building, Demolish existing Helipads and reconstruct a new TLOF (400m x 22m) with taxiway and four numbers of Parking Bays, Construct a FATO for a total length of 600 m x 27 m consisting of 400 m of concrete landing area (TLOF) and 200 m of compacted soil with top level being consistent from end to end, Construct drains and trenches along the perimeter of TLOF and parking bays to mitigate any water logging, Supply and install perimeter lighting for FATO, TLOF and upgrade existing lighting including HAPI lighting, Supply and install three (03) numbers of LED illuminated Wind Sock at Halul Landing Area, Upgrade MEP, HVAC and F&G works associated with upgrade of Halul Heliport Building. The contract duration is 2 years from Effective Date of Contract.
