Scope of Work
The company announces its need for Provision of Drilling and Completion Fluids, Additives, Equipment and Engineering Services.
Provision of Drilling and Completion Fluids, Additives, Equipment and Engineering Services, including Fluids engineering design and performance services, equipment, testing, materials and personnel, to be provided by the Contractor. Contractor to provide services in accordance with the Company's Work program on existing and future wells, strictly in accordance with the Invitation to Tender (ITT). Term of the Agreement shall be for a period of five (5) years with provision for extension of up to five (5) years.
