Scope of Work
The company invites all prospective suppliers and contractors to carry out Asset Integrity Assessment (AIA) for Mesaieed NGL Complex Equipment based on already available data including design, RBI, Inspection and Maintenance.
Following shall be considered in the Asset Integrity Assessment (AIA) Study.
1- Original design life considering current operating parameters for NGL-1/4 & anticipated remaining operating life of equipment.
2- Original design life considering current feed rate of ~ 800 MMSCFD for NGL-3 (which also includes NF Pipeline) and also anticipated remaining operating life of equipment considering this Flow Rate.
3- Original design life considering current feed rate of ~ 1BCFD for NGL-3 (which also includes NF Pipeline) and anticipated remaining operating life of equipment considering this Flow Rate.
4- Determination of whether the equipment is functional and fit for purpose within the current application & during anticipated operating life as per Items (1), (2) and (3) above.
5- What recommendations / changes are required (Physical and Integrity measures/ management improvements) to achieve extended operating life Operation till 2050 for all disciplines / equipment under NGL-1/3/4.
6- Provide Overall COST ESTIMATE for all recommendations / changes required under item (5) above.
