Scope of Work
The company announces its need for supply of Cap/Seal Assembling Machine.
Mechanical requirements:-
The bidder shall design and supply this required machine for our plastic factory and has the specifications below:
NO. Of machines required: Quantity = 1
1 – Descriptions:
-Automatic Feeding
-Automatic glue dosing seal insertion and assembling on the cap
-Output rate 3500 p/h
2 - Specifications :
Cap Dimensions:
Diameter 42 mm
Height 23 mm
Aluminum seal diameter 35 mm
According to drawing attached No. (105 – F – 009)
3 – Training:
Training of (4) persons ( operating 2 , instrumental 1 , electrical 1 ) must be
performed for (10 days) by manufacturer of machine.
Operating machine with fully capacity 3500 p/h on site of manufacture.
Note :
All documents should be supplied in English language.
4 – Spare Parts :
A – Recommended spare parts should be supplied for two years
( nominated list )
B – Also it includes these parts :
1 – Pneumatic pump ( dual acting piston pump ) QTY 1
2 – Pump pressure regulator ( Safety by – pass valve ) QTY 1
3 – The gun complete QTY 1 ( with nozzles QTY 2 )
4 – Hose of the gun QTY 1
1 , 2 , 3 , 4 for EUROPACK adhesive meter application machine
5 – Compress the seal on cap ( device )
6 – Punching the aluminum foil strip ( device )
